- Squad check-in cards
(MS Word, four cards per page)
(does not provide for the pool round A/B/C fencer declaration to be part of registration)
- Pool Sheet (MS Excel)
(one copy of this will allow recording the results of
the nine bouts of three squad-squad encounters in a pool;
current SWIFA practice is to use three standard pool sheets to record all bouts)
- Encounter Order
(this differs slightly from the pool bout order inherited from USFA rules,
but SWIFA has never legislated that there be any difference from the USFA orders)
- SWIFA Tournament Fencing Time Instructions
(this prescribes how to use Fencing Time in a nonstandard fashion so the correct winners
are calculated in a SWIFA pool,
but at the expense of creating another problem where
incorrect indicators cause squads from different pools to be ranked
in the wrong relative order)
